We have a team of dedicated, trained Welfare Support Agents readily available to provide support to you. They treat each case on an individual basis and may request that you provide proof of vulnerability.
Our team work with local CABs across the country and a variety of debt charities, meaning if you don't want to speak to us, that's okay. On some cases where explicitly authorised, the CAB or debt charities will be able to set a payment arrangement on your behalf.
If you're seeking advice from your local CAB or debt charity, please let us know so we can note your account and prevent any unnecessary enforcement visits.
