Debt Charities

Organisations who charge you or ask for a donation for their advice are usually not accredited or authorised to advise you on your debt(s). Most importantly they have no power to negotiate on your behalf.

Third party debt advice websites such as www.nationalbailiffadvice.uk and ‘Beat the Bailiffs’ on Facebook not factually correct and should not be used. Should you follow advice from the above website you may make your situation worse.

Always crosscheck the information that you receive with the below debt charities that are regulated, trustworthy, and come recommended.
